Tamara Ecclestone and Julien Macdonald Rock 'At The Movies' Launch Party
We had the pleasure of attending the star-studded launch party of the new 'At The Movies' gallery in Marylebone, London, where a radiant Tamara Ecclestone charmed guests and onlookers alike in a tight-fitting purple Herve Leger dress, gold stilettos and matching gold Jimmy Choo clutch bag. Casually mingling with the crowd, the newly-wed 'Playboy' stunner showed off a perfect golden tan while sipping champagne and enjoying the glorious weather in the company of friend Liza Tesei, the owner of this new gallery on 18 Thayer Street specialised in the retail of original film posters.
The 'At The Movies' collection includes posters of all kinds, sizes and prices, with the most expensive piece at the moment on display being 'Casablanca', £35,000. Celebrity customers included Johnny Depp - who, by the way, unexpectedly showed up one Christmas evening at Liza's previous gallery in Kings Road for a last-minute buy of some Vanessa Paradis posters, and has since become an habitué - as well as David Schwimmer, Carrie Fisher, Jackie Collins, Paul Merton, Pierce Brosnan, Geri Hallywell, Catherine Zeta Jones, Kevin Spacey, Gary Oldman and many others.
Iconic fashion designer Julien Macdonald also attended the event, and when we asked him why he's no longer a judge on 'Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model', he explained: "I'm working on other projects, I've decided to have a break from the show. I loved doing it, I did it for three years, but I'm moving on to other projects. I'm working with the English National Ballet at the moment, I'm designing some costumes for the Queen's Coronation. It's a massive project and people will get to see it next week."
