Prada spring/summer 2010
Provocative and irreverant, the Prada spring/summer 2010 stuck to form as it flashed its wares at the Milan Fashion Week. A huge Japanese influence saw mini-kimono dresses served up with hot sizzling Geisha-esque make-up and demure flats.
Overall however, the collection was about shorts. Long shiny shorts, short shiny shorts, silver, grey, bright white shorts teamed with dramatically cut cropped jackets and ballerinas or tassled kitten heels.
Although the show had minimal, futuristic attitude in bucketloads, save for a couple of safe pieces like a high necked silver-mini and a black and white kimono dress we couldn't really see ourselves wearing a lot of it. But then that's probably the point....What do you think?
