Kate Moss launches Stuart Weitzman store in Milan

was without a doubt the star of this year’s edition of Milano Moda Donna 2013, Italy's Fashion Week - which the most prestigious fashion event organized by the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana.

Moss arrived in Milan to open the ultra-modern 3000-square-foot Stuart Weitzman flagship store in Via Sant’Andrea in Milan, that was designed by renowned Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid.

The queen of top models - who is baring all for Playboy to celebrate her upcoming 40th birthday, but also the 60th anniversary of the magazine that is scheduled for January 2014 – went for a total black look for the opening.

The British model donned a sexy black tuxedo over a sheer black shirt with dark and opaque vertical bands – sans bra - which is no doubt her way of revving up for her appearance for the Playboy shoot - she also wore a pair of high heeled black patent Stuart Weitzman T- bar sandals and carried a small black clutch.

Moss has replaced Russian model Natalia Vodianova, and before Vodianova, the other faces for the brand have been Chloe Moretz, Nikki Reed and Brooklyn Decker.

Kate appeared for first time as the face of a shoe brand for their Spring/Summer 2013 ad campaign, which was all shot in black and white.

While for the 2013 Fall collection Moss starred in a short two minute black and white video- directed by Balthazar Klarwein - in which she struts her stuff through the streets of London in five different knee-high boots and various short skirted ensembles to what else, but the iconic "These Boots Are Made For Walking,' - this version of the song was performed by artist Kari Kimmel.

Talking to WWD about the short campaign video Moss said : 'The look is all about miniskirts and big furry coats, lots of texture.'
