House of Fraser's £10 million flagship investment

House of Fraser’s flagship Glasgow store has undergone a stunning transformation, thanks to a £10 million investment. Glasgow’s historic department store is the first House of Fraser ever built and now boasts a brand new 45,000 square-foot accessories hall with a very exciting sounding World of Shoes.

The new accessories hall features boutique collections from Prada, Gucci and Miu Miu plus Hermes’ only Scottish outlet. Shoppers are spoiled for choice in the Shoes collection, with products by Louboutin, Jimmy Choo and D&G.

General manager John Thain told Vogue: ‘This facelift has been a long time in the planning. We've created a modern retail destination that offers all of the top brands under one roof. Our customer in Glasgow loves designer brands. We have set out to build a luxury shopping destination with some amazing designer labels, presented in a way that Scotland has not seen before.'
