Anna Dello Russo Designing for H&M
The news that Anna Dello Russo is designing for H&M is a welcome one for her fans and high street shoppers. Russo, the editor-at-large and creative consultant for Vogue Japan, will design an accessories collection for the high street retailer. The fashion icon, who describes herself as “passionate fashionista”, will bring her unique style of glamour to H&M from October 4th. The range will be available online and throughout H&M’s 140 stores worldwide. It will include jewellery, shoes, bags and sunglasses at an affordable price.

Aside from her work with Vogue Japan she is also known as an idol of the fashion blogosphere where she endlessly broadcasts her unique style and playful glamour throughout the web.
At the announcement of her new range of accessories for the Swedish high street retailer she said: ‘As a stylist I know accessorization is essential: it is the personal touch to any outfit. With these pieces everybody can have fun, turning an ordinary day into a fantastic fashion day.’
This is the designer’s second collaboration with a high street retailer, coming a year after she worked with US department store chain Macy’s. For Macy’s she styled and appeared in the campaign, but there is no word yet as to whether she will go further than designing the new H&M range.
If you can't wait until October 4th to see the new range of ‘over-the-top’ accessories, as H&M describe it, a sneak peak is available at the designer’s website.
